A new immigration policy to better account for socio-economic imperatives in France and in immigrants' countries of origin has been set up since the immigration laws of 2006 and 2007.

The General Secretariat of Immigration and Integration (SGII) and the French Office for Integration and Integration (OFII) are working together to promote the provisions for labour migration with this web-site.
